I believe that we will find healing for ourselves, one another and our earth by placing the Feminine at the center of our spiritual lives. I facilitate sacred gatherings, sister circles, and threshold workshops designed for women who are ready to heal and connect deeply. In my offerings, we draw from our relationship with ourSelves, the Universe and Community to guide and support us.

My offerings invite you to become more embodied. Together, we will create a living threshold to navigate life's changes through:

• Sacred Ceremony & Moon Circles: Softly aligning our hearts with the natural cycles of the earth and the moon, honoring both our times of shedding and our times of renewal.

• Somatic Movement: Returning home to the body’s innate wisdom through the fluid grace of yoga and the liberating freedom of ecstatic dance.

• Creative Expression: Reclaiming our inner voice and intuition through the medicine of community singing and intuitive art.

Through intentional embodiment practices, we return to our essential nature of love through:
